Why Sex Coaching?
If sex and/or intimacy don’t run smooth, a lot of people (especially women) wonder ‘Is something wrong with me?!’
This is hardly ever the case. Most of us simply haven’t been informed about the complex world of sex, love and intimacy at a younger age, while at some point we’re expected to ‘just do it,’ and ‘know how to do it.’
Sex Coaching can help to fill in the gaps in insight, knowledge and experience of the relationship with yourself and your body – to find your sexual truth.
Currently, I work with women only (by birth and trans).
At your request and initiative, your partner is welcome too!
My approach
Sexuality touches all aspects of being human: body, emotions, mind, spirit and energy. That’s why the coaching process differs for every person and will be tuned to you, your wishes, goals and what fits in your life realistically.
My approach involves a combination of
- life-coaching
- my experience as somatic sexologist,
- massage therapist and
- my love for mindfulness/meditation.
I use a blend of psychological tools, communication strategies, embodiment practices, and personalized exercises to help you improve your sexual wellbeing. The techniques are practical, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client.

Sessions happen:
- By Telephone or Zoom
- Personally, in my practice
- A combination of 1 and 2
Costs:
Telephone/Zoom: € 70,00 for 1 hour
In-person: € 75 – € 95 for 1 – 2 hours

Consultations
Sometimes an hour of conversation around sexuality is enough to support your own further exploration. A consultation in-person in my practice or virtually via telephone or Zoom offers space to talk, reflect, and gently untangle what’s present, without committing to a full session. It can bring clarity, reassurance, or a new perspective – often exactly what’s needed to take the next step in your own time and way.
